2 flush mounts, a ram tube up front, and I have the fishing surf2summit seat so I can throw an additional 2 holders on my back when needed. I'm trolling with Penn powerstick with TLD15 (one of my kingfish rigs) and a Penn Sabre with a shimano bait runner spinning reel. I use a calcutta 400 on a shimano compre for the front caster. All my tackle is in plano waterproof boxes kept in the hatch below my legs.

The milk crate holds a rope reel, anchor, drift chute, bait bucket for my live bait and a law stick. I also put my drink cooler back there. The massive front compartment holds a dybag with a change of clothes etc and an insulated fish bag in case I hook up with something really good. The usual floating pliers and boga grips are clipped around me. Anchor system on a pulley on right rear still needs to be extended to front of boat for total anchor flexibility.
